35 packages, 70 kilos. Carlo Mierendorff School sends hygiene articles to partner school in Ghana

On the open day of the Carlo Mierendorff School, the helpers packed 35 packages and took them on their way to the Mawuko Girls' Senior High School in Ho, Ghana. The packages are filled with around 70 kilograms of feminine hygiene articles and dressing materials, which are currently in acute short supply in Ghana due to the corona pandemic.

The team around teacher Petra Knott sends on this way "A big thank you to all who made this action possible with donations in kind and money!".

The hard-working parcel packers called for a donation campaign in December. In addition to the donations in kind, some classes also send letters with greetings to their partner school in West Africa. With excitement, all donors are now waiting for news as soon as the packages arrive in Ho.

"We are very happy. 35 packages for our partner school in Africa!" cheers the team of the Frankfurt school.
