Our second container is almost full! We are still looking for donations!

The HITA team was busy again and was able to load our second 40-foot container with high-quality medical and technical equipment on July 19. A big thank you goes out to everyone who has donated so far! The loading area is almost full, but we are still looking for equipment and need your help to donate. It is mainly about SSD hard drives, keyboards and mice. We will again equip hospitals, schools and university facilities in and around Ho in the Volta Region. Meanwhile, new hospital beds with much-needed mattresses and medical supplies are on board, and we will also equip two new computer labs with a total of 160 computers. We are still missing 40 to 50 hard drives for this, but also the already mentioned keyboards and mice. With our donations, we primarily support the training of medical staff, but also the staffing of existing facilities and improve the patient situation on site enormously. In many places, for example, births are performed only on blankets on the floor. There are simply no beds available or only some in absolutely deplorable condition.
