Support through online purchases easily and without additional costs!

At the donation platform WeCanHelp we keep our crowdfunding account, furthermore you can also send contributions via charity SMS through the platform. Another innovative idea of WeCanHelp is the possibility to donate through your own purchase on the Internet simply and without additional costs. WeCanHelp now has 1719 online stores from companies, agencies and portals. Among them are many well-known and frequently used providers - certainly also those from whom you shop from time to time. For example, Conrad, Die Bahn, Bonprix, Media Markt, Bücher.de, Tripadvisor, Tchibo, Otto, Ebay, Expedia, Ikea, Booking.com, Lufthansa, Verivox, Viking or C&A are part of the range. There are no additional costs for the purchaser. The respective companies pay a percentage of the purchase sum as a donation contribution to HITA via WeCanHelp. A total of 11142 other social institutions, associations and non-profit organizations are registered with the platform and over €7.41 million has already been collected.

How it all works:

On our profile page at WeCanHelp there is the possibility to donate directly, but the main field is networking with different companies that offer online shopping. The number of participating providers is increasing. If you now click on the shopping basket in the top right corner of the screen labeled "Help with shopping", you will be taken to the page shown below. The displayed photo is also linked to the page. Here you can find the most frequently used offers and search for others. There are really a lot represented, check this page first before purchasing a product from a vendor online. There are no additional costs for you and apart from the additional clicks, there is no additional effort. For example, by booking train tickets, hotel rooms or a flight, by purchasing books, flowers, clothes, furniture, office supplies or electrical appliances, donations go to HITA. So if you are planning to buy from one of the suppliers anyway, do it through WeCanHelp, do something good by doing so and help us to be able to implement our projects. Information on the credit amount: The credit amount shown is received in full by Healthcare Information Technologies for Africa e.V.. This represents 90% of the total credit we receive from the store. 10% remains with us to cover costs. Exceptions to this are, in a few cases, shopping cart items that we are not allowed to pass on according to the store's instructions. We make every effort to keep the values given up to date at all times. Nevertheless, no liability can be derived from this. Only the actual credit amount we receive from the store is decisive.
