DONATION TO THE CHILDREN'S WARD OF THE VOLTA REGIONAL HOSPITAL 2022 CHRISTMAS PARTY
To make 2022 Christmas the memorial one and to deliver on our mandates as an organization Grow Your Dream Foundation in support of HITA GERMANY, has made donation to CHILDREN WARD of VOLTA REGIONAL HOSPITAL. The donation was some assorted items which are very important to inspire these children as they were admitted at this hospital.
The Executive Secretary of the organization, Mr. Ahiave Jacob, accepted the donation on behalf of the organization and our partners. He advises ward managers to take care of children admitted to the hospital, respect their rights and never humiliate them.
Mr. Ahiave celebrates with these children and inspires them with Christmas songs.
VOLTA REGIONAL HOSPITAL - CORRIDOR TO THE PEDIATRIC WARD
This Christmas was celebrated in Dokpor/Kpetsu, one of the project communities in Adaklu district.
This event is part of the annual programs conducted by HITA/GYDF in Adaklu District. The program provides opportunity and space to celebrate our children and build their confidence. At this event, they share with those present what they have learned in their youth group meetings. They perform role plays and recite poetry, including Christmas carols and poems. Dorkpo was chosen because of its location in the district. They are isolated and lack running water, a poor road network, a poor telecommunications network and other social amenities.
The children, together with their parents and some teachers who supervise the club, celebrated a fun and happy Christmas.
